I could not have been happier with my puppies pictures. I had seen other reviews and knew they were going to be great. But I was absolutely blown away with how gorgeous they are and my husband cried! I immediately ordered another one for our pup who passed a few years back so she could be immortalized.

1. No order confirmation email with details of payment 2. Track your order is not intuitive on the browser, you need to download the shop app 3. No tracking info email or SMS updates 4. support email response was incorrect - did not read my email, had to point out to the rep before getting the right answer.

It's unfortunate that the picture I provided is a polar opposite to the print I received. The colors are not even close. The animal does not even look like my long lost friend. I've used this company multiple times and had no issues. I reached out to customer service and they offered me a 30% discount if I wanted to reorder the print that they got wrong the first time.
