They did a great job on a difficult to draw dog. He was all black with curly hair and dark eyes. Good job getting the dimension and depth into his portrait.

I had a great experience with West & Willow, and the artwork of my dog came out great. The order was completed quickly and shipped out promptly. Very happy with the end results of my beloved companion who sadly passed away unexpectedly. Not sure of other people’s experiences, I read a lot of bad reviews but thought I’d give this company a try. Pleased to say it went well, maybe they are learning from prior mistakes.

This is my second time I’ve ordered from West And Willow after being very happy the first time. The portrait came and the background color was wrong from what I ordered. I contacted customer support and they were wonderful! They corrected the issue, sent me a proper rendition to confirm that it was correct, and sent out the right portrait very promptly. All while keeping me updated every step of the way. The portrait is beautiful and I’m happy! And I will definitely order again in the future.
