The finished piece is delightful and fully captures the character of my sweet Timmy.

The picture is actually perfect! My only star deduction is because I ordered the poster and it came rolled. To frame it myself I have to somehow get it flat without making any creases. I wish it was shipped flat

We really appreciate your feedback about the poster packaging Jenn! that’s super helpful, and we’ll definitely take it on board for future improvements ❤️

This is the third portrait Ive ordered and is just beautiful. It’s a gift. Looks just like their pup. Highly recommend this company. Everyone who comes to my house asks me where I got my doggie portraits from.

I had ordered two pieces of art done by West & Willow. I had placed my order on September 2nd. And didn't receive my order till October 10th. Almost double than the 3 weeks suggested for delivery. And on top of that, I only recieved one correct piece of art, for the second one was not even of my dog. I even paid the $20 for the skip the line option which was obviously not achieved. For that i demand a refund for the $20 spent. I would have given 1 star if it was not for the one piece that I received. The art work was amazing. Other than that, I am now a hesistant repeat customer afraid of it taking so long to receive my artwork. I understand that there was some kind of glitch in your system. But you could have notified me earlier instead of keeping me waiting.

Hi March, We’re so sorry for the delay and mix-up with your order, that’s definitely not the experience we want for our customers. We completely understand your frustration, especially after choosing the skip-the-line option. We’re glad to hear you loved the artwork itself, but we’ll make sure your feedback is shared with our team so we can improve communication and turnaround times moving forward.

The artwork resembled my beloved deceased cat so much, I was shocked and so emotional when I opened it. The quality of the photo and frame is incredible. And to top it off, I live in Canada and my order took less than two weeks to reach me!! 10/10 experience and I will definitely be ordering again! ❤️
