Olivia was my initial contact when I called. She was so kind and patient with me, answered my multitude of questions and emailed me information to help me to measure and have a better understanding of what chair and equipment would be most beneficial to help my pup as he has to have full support due to his cerebral hypoplasia. The chair arrived but 2 rear chairs were sent instead of 1 rear, 1 front. I called on Monday, spoke with Winter, explained what had occurred. She apologized, was very understanding of my disappointment, especially for my grandson as he had rescued the puppy. She and Olivia arranged for the front parts for the chair to be sent overnight to Louisiana from New Hampshire! We were thrilled! My daughter put the chair together last night using the email information about the videos sent to me by Winter. We will make the necessary adjustments for his size tonight so Leo will be crusin' tomorrow!!

In my packaging I received two right front wheels. Autumn was very quick to respond and send me the correct wheels. She actually overnighted them for me.

When I received my order, I realized that I did not do the measurements correctly for any of my items. When I called customer service, the associate I spoke with walked me through getting the right measurements over the phone to reorder items and return my first order. I was refunded the purchase price quickly on the return. My reorder was shipped and received quickly. The website had videos to help assembling and adjusting the rear wheels which were helpful. The wheels are sturdy, nicely made, and fit my dachshund perfectly. She caught on to walking in the wheelchair quickly. I would recommend this companies products to anyone with a pet that needs mobility assistance.

Received product with timely delivery. This Pet Wheel Chair has given my German Shepherd a little more time and quality of life. Well worth the cost if you love your pet.

The wheelchair, while at first intimidating to think about assembling, was actually much more straight forward than it first appeared. Adjustments are still ongoing to make sure we have the best fit for our dog, but she's adjusted to using it surprisingly fast.

Sizing is way off from measurements listed in description. Cannot use the boot socks at all. Supposed to be 2" wide. Not even 2" around. Harness is bigger than listed. No returns so stuck with them and cannot use. Wasted $$$. Not buying anymore due ongoing issues like this, of misinformation online resulting in wasted $$$ and my time.UPDATE: Why reply at all.Misinformaiton on sizes is YOUR fault and this is not the first time an issue with not getting what we bought as described.No longer customers after having spent well over $1000 in 3 years for two dogs.Shame on you when both owners and dogs are in need and you make excuses with mislabeled or sending the wrong product.

Unfortunately my pet passed away before we actually got to use the product. The staff was very caring and supportive with my loss and made it very easy for the return. It seemed like it was very well made and I was really looking forward to seeing my buddy running again :(
