We purchased a refurbished wheelchair; originally the clips wouldn't hold, but Walkin' Pets promptly sent us replacement clips. Our dog loves being able to walk in this chair! He adjusted quickly and this chair has boosted his quality of life! The illness our dog has is very heartbreaking and stressful and I have been grateful for the kindness of Walkin pets staff.

I cannot tell you how fortunate you are to have an employee like Olivia Mullens working for you. As a physician, she was truly empathetic, professional, and amazingly supportive and helpful. She was so amazing that I actually asked her if she was the owner of the company. this is an employee you should keep your ion for upward mobility and promotions in your company.

Easy to assemble and adjust to fit our special needs bully. Having the option of air-filled tires is fantastic as he off-roads often and foam tires wear out too quickly. Due to the pin-style adjustment mechanism, there is a slight rattling when he runs around, but as long as the pins don't give out, at least we can hear where he is at all times (I believe that's why so many parents used to let their kids put beads or baseball cards on the spokes of their bike wheels back in the day 😅).

My German Shepherd, Karl, has DM and completely relies on his wheelies for mobility, and unfortunately, we encountered a broken knuckle issue. I reached out to Walkin' Wheels, and I was fortunate enough to have Autumn assist me throughout the entire process. Autumn's responsiveness and commitment to resolving my concern were truly exceptional. She took the time to thoroughly understand the issue and collaborated with her wheelchair manager to identify a stronger replacement part for the broken knuckle. This level of dedication and attention to detail exceeded my expectations and demonstrated a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. Despite a minor glitch with inventory, we received multiple Right-side knuckles instead of Left's, Autumn was quick to address the situation. She maintained clear communication and ensured that the correct replacement part was promptly shipped to us. Her proactive approach to rectifying the error further highlighted the excellent customer service at Walkin' Wheels. What impressed me the most was the teamwork between Autumn and the wheelchair manager. They worked together to ensure that the replacement part addressed the current issue and provided a long-lasting solution for Karl's mobility needs. Autumn's professionalism, expertise, and genuine concern for Karl's well-being were truly commendable. It's rare to find customer service representatives who go above and beyond, but Autumn did just that. I felt valued as a customer, and the entire process was handled with care. I needed help adjusting the wheel chair to my dog & Danielle & her team stayed on top of us including a zoom video call to make sure we had the best outcome. Customer service used to be so important but as I'm getting older most companies suck at it. Walkin wheels has the right people in place. Keep up the great work
