I love how the buddy up harness connects with the wheelchair! Very secure and supportive for my dog, and allows me a spot to connect a leash. The standard harness that comes with the chair is great, too. It actually fits over a no-pull harness that I was already using.

Easy ordering. Arrived when promised.

Wheelchair arrived very quickly. Customer service helped me pick out the correct size for my Corgi. Still working on getting it adjusted perfectly but very happy. Assembly and making adjustments is quick and easy.

We had a wonderful experience with this company. They were recommended by another company that does dog skates, and are clearly the best in the market. We came to them after another wheelchair was not getting it done for our German Shepherd. Not only do they do a wonderful gift for humanity and for our pets, they're gracious in their customer service. They went overboard for us and making an order correct after small and innocent oversight. I was also able to get immediate responses for questions I had about assembly and instructions. Also remember them being very diligent and shipping the wheelchair to a different location for us, as I was traveling with my pup on our last road trip. We were able to get the wheelchair and get him going during that trip! I've been able to share these products with friends who need the same support, it's been a blessing to do so!
