Cart does not work. He only falls backwards. My neigbor has a much cheaper solution that he walks in perfectly. Reached out multiple times on Amazon with no response. Left Clip does not clasp propertly and comes undone everytime we unsuccessfully try to walk. Having a dog that recently lost the function of his back legs is already very stressful, this expensive experience has only made it worse.

It will not stay on her. And when I do get it on, if she were to pee it would be in the harness and not on the ground. Who has time to wash it every time she goes potty? I don't.

I am disappointed with my walk-in pets wheelchair. The tires do not work on my grass so my dog’s physical therapist who recommended you originally tried to order new wheels which we thought would work on grass/all terrains. We ordered wrong size which I called about returning/getting right size only to learn they’re the exact same ones.

While our team assisted you with your return, we discovered that your dog's physical therapist had recommended smaller wheels (4"), which differed from the original wheels on the wheelchair (8"). We facilitated the return process and clarified that we only offer one style of all-terrain wheels, regardless of the size. Additionally, while the 4" and 8" wheels we offer are designed to work well on grass and all other terrains, it's important to keep in mind that the effectiveness of a wheelchair also depends on your pet’s strength and ability to propel the chair. If your dog doesn't have the strength to pull their hindquarters while they are in the wheelchair, even with all-terrain wheels, it may still have difficulty moving smoothly, regardless of the surface. If you find that the wheelchair isn't a suitable option for your pet, we’d be more than happy to help you explore alternative solutions. Unfortunately the products I have ordered from Walkin pets are cheaply made and fall apart very quickly. They charge too much for their cheap products.

Sad to say customer service has plummeted - I hope the company is ok! I am no longer able to get responses from Walkin Pets via phone or email. It’s made it much harder to navigate changes and purchases with my sweet “cart dog.”

Sizing on the website isn't very accurate. I've had to make multiple orders before. This time I decided to order the medium/large and large and neither fit my dog's medium/large wheelchair or her. The return process is ridiculous. Not only did it cost me almost $30 for shipping, but they are also charging a $7 restocking fee per item. At this point I might as well keep the harnesses and sell them on ebay.

Very difficult to adjust to the dog even though we bought the frame for a corgi. The halter piece being separate from the frame is a poor design. Not worth the money.
