WalkinpetsReviews of walkinpets.com

Site was very easy to navigate and figure out what size to get. All of the videos and photos were very helpful.

I had a great experience with Autumn H. She was extremely helpful solving my problem. I highly recommend Walkin' Pets for any of your pets' special needs.

The customer service representative, Olivia, was great. Prompt, kind, and courteous in addressing our issue, it made it a pleasure to deal with Walkin' Pets.

Delivery: prompt, even arriving earlier than expected. Packaging: excellent. Extremely slight chance of damage during shipping. Assembly: relatively easy if you take your time, watch the suggested videos and make notes. Final Adjustments: if in doubt or you have questions, send photos, seek company feedback. Comment: So good to be able to walk my dog again using his wheelchair. Win, win. When he’s walking, I’m walking.

Thank you Walkin Pets for helping me fit the Walkin' Wheels MINI Dog Wheelchair -B2 for my chihuahua, Fifi. She is able to move around the house with more confidence. Adjusting the wheel chair to her height and width was easy after having the zoom call with your support team member. Really appreciate it!!!

The product is excellent. Well-built, easy to put together and adjust. Very responsive customer service. Helped with fitting and then offered to review the actual changes made. And then when I had the unexpected loss of the dog, the company was compassionate and helpful in all respects.

Great expedient service. I am very happy with the product

Great experience at Walkin' Pets! I would definitely recommend them. 🤩
