Difficult to return items
Unfortunately it is very difficult to return items. Last time I tried to return a wheel chair it took about a month and even now is not solved!!! They sent me the wrong return mailing label. Instead to send me the one to return the wheelchair back, they send me the one to be delivered to my home! Now I have to wait to get the wheelchair back, wait for the company to send me the correct return mailing label so that I can return the wheelchair!!!
