Honest and helpful company from beginning to end of purchasing experience.

We first got Walkin' Wheels for our 65-pound dog 12 years ago. She absolutely loved them (after the first three weeks). She adored having her independence and mobility back after losing them to hip displasia. This time, we got the Walkin' Wheels for out newly-adopted, 11 pound chihuahua mix, who has a spinal cord injury. She instantly-- literally within seconds-- took off across the yard running. She LOVES the wheels, and runs the entire mile around our block without stopping. We can also easily go on the beach and on wooded trails.

We had a different style in the past and it wore out after years of use. They don't seem to have that style any more so I was excited to try this one. Sizing was drastically different that our previous one so I had to return and repurchase which is no longer free, and then the second one fit but is very snug even with careful measuring. Because of the way it uses Velcro and because of it being snug it doesn't stay on well at all and works it's way open when our very active dog tries to play. But now that we tried using it and because of the cost of returning and repurchasing I am just not sure it's worth trying to return or worth trying again for this product to work. Not sure what to do now that we have the rest of his chair but no front harness. I know it was probably too expensive for them to do free exchanges but we have been loyal customers for years and it's frustrating that it will cost more and more to find the right product for our very active paralyzed dog

Everyone I talked to when ordering the wheelchair was most helpful. When I needed to return two harnesses there was no problem and I received my refund in quickly. I definitely would recommend dealing with Walkin'Pets as I found them to be most professional. The small wheelchair is enabling my dog to be mobile. Thank you!

Returned some wheels that I ordered. Was told I wouldn't be getting a refund because of a nick in one of the wheels when came like that. I didn't even take them out of the box. They were the wrong size. UPDATE: I received a refund for the wheels. Customer service was very nice. I felt like they were listening to me and was actually trying to help me.
