EDITED Overall works pretty well. Just hope you don't need a replacement part. If they are selling it, they are right on top of the issue. If something that broke because it is not designed right, you'll never hear back from them. The stirrups in the back are exceedingly cheap foam and the cord cuts right through it. You'll be using duct tape within a couple weeks to hold it all together. I emailed and they told me to send pictures. That was more than two weeks ago. have emailed four times since then and nobody's ever bothered to reply. I called and left a message. NOTHING Really terrible customer service. ADDITION: I left this review and via text, and they immediately came back with their email system wasn't working. I don't buy it. But they did send me the stirrups for free, but blamed it on the legs being stretched out a bit so the side bar needed adjustment. Even if stretched a bit, the cord should NOT tear through the cheap foam. The product in that regard is severely defective. Beware.

Très bon matériel, on ne trouve pas le chariot adapté en France pour votre animal comme sur le site américain. Envoyé très rapidement par Fedex.en decembre 2024. Par contre Fedex france a envoyé une facture complémentaire pour le transport longtemps après alors que le transport était compris et payé à walkinpets. Résultat 74€ payé en double c'est à dire près de 150€ de frais de port. Fedex na rien voulu savoir. et walkinpet n'a pas répondu à ma demande à l'époque.

I placed a $347 order and didn’t receive a confirmation number, so i called to verify that the purchase was placed. They offered me a gift card right away but wanted me to pay an additional $4. I said no thanks and they hung up on me. I called back and customer service tells me they cant find my order with my information and wanted me to provide them with my checking and routing number. But I made the purchase with my debit card. They kept calling it “verification.” When i told them, that didn’t make sense and that i wouldn’t be providing them with my account information they hung up on me again. I cancelled the order. It feels like a scam and at the very least, I don’t trust that they will conduct themselves in a professional manner in the event that I need to exchange or refund. Update: they refused to cancel and charged me the $347. I surprisingly received a product but tried to return it and i couldn’t. The links didn’t work. The “shop” app i was forced to use didn’t provide any support. Its a terrible company

Very versatile and adjustable for any size large dog. Ready to ship in a few days. Did not have to custom manufacture which would have delayed shipping.

We ordered a wheelchair for our dog Samson. He is a German Shepard and has been having issues with hip dysplasia. We thought it finally time to get him a chair so he could live out his remaining days with a bit more mobility. However, before we could take delivery of the item, Samson took a turn for the worse. The vet discovered cancer and his time is unfortunately severely limited. I called and cancelled our order. I had rush shipped and overnighted the product so we would get him the most time we could. When I emailed and called, they immediately stopped shipment and refunded our purchase in its entirety. The young lady on the phone was very compassionate and took care of everything. We have a very difficult short time ahead of us, but at least we don’t need to deal with returning and attempting to get a refund. Thank you for your compassion. It is greatly appreciated.

This company has “gone to the dogs?” No. It is not friendly to dogs nor owners anymore. They sent the wrong size item over 3 months ago but was unopened as the one in use was not trashed yet. The neoprene vests quickly . fall apart. We have had them professionally repaired many times. The company and a person named “ George” would not honor an exchange even though their person selected the wrong size , after 5 years of the correct size being sent. It is difficult enough to care for a paralyzed dog without being fleeced by the company when they sent the wrong size months ago as their associate helped me place the order and she chose the wrong size. The package was unopened , new with tags as the error was discovered! We are livid . Walking Pets was so much better run in the old days. They recently have begun to treat loyal, long time , highly invested clients like dirt. Walkin Pets has gone the way of online inhumanity and disconnect , away from devoted buyers. It’s sad because we are locked into such a specific need and they do not care anymore. The items are poorly made now too.

We had some shipping issues at the time and did not receive the product we ordered (not at the fault of WalkinPets). We were living in Puerto Rico at the time and there were a lot of problems with UPS and saying they delivered the product but they never did. I let WalkinPets know that our product was lost in the mail and they were very kind to refund our money. So for their customer service in this regard, I give them 5 stars. Thank you WalkinPets.
