This wheelchair has been a game-changer for my older dog. She was losing use of her back legs and relying more and more on us holding her up with a "help em up" harness. Now we can take her on longer walks and she is playful and enjoying herself, not just being helped to the bathroom. Well made. Easy to use. Well designed to adjust as needed.

I called Walk’n pets, and the representative was very polite, professional, and helpful. My English Lab has a wide girth, but the Large leg harnesses were awkward. I was uncertain what size wheelchair to order based on the default measurement for Labrador Retriever. The rep advised that I adjust the breed, and sure enough, the Med/Large frame fits BEAUTIFULLY! My boy has a New Lease on Life.

The chair is solid, easy to adjust. The tube support that holds up her back end is not working for her. It’s uncomfortable on her belly and strap that holds the tubes together slides once supporting her weight. Bought the belly support but it is more of a chest support so it doesn’t help. Feel like a hammock design instead of the tubes would be a more comfortable design, at least for females

I have a disabled pig and wanted so much for this to work. I was excited to have an option to give her mobility back. I even paid extra shipping to get it here sooner so we can start right away. I tried for about 3 weeks, day after day to try and make this work. I thought I could return it within the 30 days. I did, and they would not refund my money because it was a little scratched and dirty..remind you, she is a pig. I had to use it in dirt and put her in it, inside the barn. So yes, some hay stuck to the velcro parts. Some scratches were on the frame due to trying to get the setting correct. One of the pieces broke and we used a tool to try and get it to work until they sent the replacement part. My advice is, unless your sure this will work, don't buy it. I think it could have worked had the fit be not so complicated. I just sat in the barn and cried and we were all stressed out trying, including the pig. So I packed it up and shipped it back. It needs to be perfect for them to take the return back, which means, you can't try to use it. It was a very expensive nightmare.

The product is amazing and so grateful for the opportunity my dog gets to experience life with such mobility to enjoy life … I would note that the 12 inch wheels are not the best fit for a medium size wheel chair as they are quite a bit heavier and difficult for my Australian cattle dog to pull so we wil have to use it for shorter walks and keep to the 8 inch wheels for long walks and hikes. Wish i knew before hand the weight and size difference could be difficult but it was never mentioned from the staff .. but beautiful wheels and products and will always be recommending to others how pleased we are to use Walk-in wheels .
