I spoke to Autumn several times, and I couldn’t ask for such compassionate assistance with technical issues. She was very helpful when I called again w/ a possible solution for an issue I was having.. I must say I was very impressed with the compassion I was shown with the stress I was going through. I rate the customer service : Above excellent !

Great Customer service
I called Walking Pets after not seeing any emails about my order. The Customer Service Rep was very nice and found my information. I had misspelled my last name in my email (I did it on my phone), so I was not getting any emails from them. We both laughed at my mistake and she said that she does it all the time. She was very polite, professional, and fun to talk to.
She was able to send me the information once she had the correct email.
I am pleased with WalkinPets so far. I have not received our "wheels" yet, but I am impressed so far!

This company is amazing
This company is amazing. I work with a rescue and wrote them about possibly donating three wheelchairs to help out dogs with IVDD. They responded so quickly and got together three refurbished chairs for us and our three dogs are doing awesome now running around in their new chairs. They can now enjoy the beach go for long walks even go up a stair or two in them. I highly recommend these chairs to anyone who has a dog with trouble walking. It will give them their lives back.

The company has a good product that enables the dogs to be happy which then makes the owners happy. Easy to deal with, good supply of parts when needed as the dogs often get going faster than they should. Reasonable cost of the parts.

My Corgi is enjoying his wheelchair after connecting with customer service
Once I called customer service and emailed pictures we were able to get my Corgi, Dylan's, wheelchair adjusted properly. I ordered a corgi wheelchair but Dylan is a large Corgi with a very deep chest so it some tweaking to get him comfortable in it. I had filled out the form online and submitted the pictures but I never heard back. So if you need help call customer service don't do it online!

Horrible Products with great customer service
By some horrible act of fate the accessory products to the dog wheelchair keep getting more awful.
The buddy up harness is targeted for dogs that the owner wants to be able to carry safely (like putting them into a car), but its also the product that seems to be the most difficult to get their dog into. Even though the previous lift harness was not a good product, this new one is somehow a huge downgrade.
For the Buddy Up Front harness, the worst thing is having to lift the dogs front left leg into the harness every single time. The whole point is for this to be for a dog with mobility issues. my dog is paralyzed in the back so that means asking him to balance on his one front foot to support his entire body weight (which he doesn't want to do because its obviously uncomfortable), meaning I have to figure out how to lift his back end and slip the harness over his front leg, every single time i want to put him into his chair. all the dogs pictured have use of their back feet. It would be better to show the product being used on more significantly disabled dogs or at least test it out on them, which I am wondering at this point if they even do.
It's sad that there are already such glaringly bad problems with this new harness set since I know that the accessories to walkin' wheel products are not made to last and this harness will not even last me a year.
The straps on the previous harnesses have always gotten loose over time, requiring constant monitoring and re-tightening. This new model of harness now has even more straps that will inevitably not keep their shape, it seems a lot more unstable than the previous model. The tubes for the rear harness also seem way too long for a size small and difficult to modify.
Overall I am sad that I chose this company for my dog's wheelchair. There are major quality issues with the products, both the harnesses and the tires that I have had since getting the wheelchair. I don't understand why this is so hard to get a good product when the help em up harness exists and is made of much better materials.
I am grateful this dog wheelchair company exists but it really sucks to have to spend so much extra money every couple of months on the other stuff that comes with it (my first set of bike style tires wore out in 3 months, i've gone through 3 harnesses in 2 years, skis didn't work), it might have been a better deal to have gone with a more expensive dog wheelchair brand at this point.
The nice thing about this company is that the customer service people seem genuinely kind and try to be helpful.
