I finally saw your policy on your website, which should have been posted on your how to return paper. After we pay for return shipping again and minus the restocking fee, we’re not getting much back. Sorry, but I don’t think I would buy from your company again.

I had a tough time finding a rear harness that would help my senior basset walk more easily. Discussing the challenges with the rep they quickly hooked me up with one that works great.

This gave my sweet Sasha 2 more weeks of pure joy. Worth every penny. Unfortunately we had to say goodbye to her last night. Will be forever thankful to walk-in pets for helping us gopher 2 more weeks!!

The person I talked to was very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. Unfortunately, my dog took a sudden turn for the worse and had to be put down yesterday, 8/30/23. We never really got to use/fit our wheelchair to him; however, we do believe in it's usefulness and will keep it in case another dog needs it.

The vet said he can't put it on snoopy do to where the brake is located

Delivery time wasn't nearly as fast as my first order. Ordered on 8-19 and didn't receive until 8-30. Also, never got tracking info.
