The Love, Caring, Happiness and Safety of our dogs and very elderly cat that needs special care, is always guaranteed, we can rest assured that they are well taken care of.

I had several phone calls with various representatives over the course of a few weeks as I placed orders for different items. Everyone I spoke to was helpful and friendly and the products arrived very quickly.

My old dog adjusted easily to the wheelchair. Wheelchair works well for him so we are pleased about that. As senior citizens we had a lot of trouble putting the wheelchair together. We don't do social media. We don't use smartphones (cell phone coverage is poor here). We have a land line so the instructions were hard for us since they are aimed at smart phone users. Grade for instructions to put it together is one star due to above.

The only thing is I had no news /feedback about the sending and the arrival of the package by FedEx and I payed a huge amount of money to be send. So at least some info about the sending of the package would be nice. Otherwise everything is in order the wheel chair is great

While i like the product for no knuckling. every buyer should be aware these are sadly not catch alls. and while some items like the no knuckling "brace" are great. my shi tzu despises the boot/hard brace. So i still do not have a good daytime solution for her nerve damage based knuckling

They were very helpful and caring about my little dog and wanting to make everything as right for her as possible.

Delivery on the product was beyond fast - just a couple of days (and we ordered on a weekend)! Had a question on sizing but had to wait until Monday for an answer. We ordered anyway and guessed correctly. The problem with the product is the halo itself is quite heavy, so for a 5 lb. senior chihuahua wearing a 3XS, it's a lot. He's not able to hold it up for very long.

Fast delivery, clear expectations.
