I'm having difficulty adjusting the wheelchair, I can't figure out how hot attach the belly band, one time it too short the next time it seems heavy and pushes her front end down, the wheels seem to be sticking outward, if I can get it working properly, it will be ok.

Velcro wrap around pieces are strong but cover fabric around neoprene foam is not & is ripping off after just 5-6 applications. As for improvement in support…seems to help but it absolutely has to be applied correctly /somewhat firmly to stay in proper place or will drop down & even get under paw pad causing slippage.

This company is awazing at keep pets with their families a little bit longer. They understand that animals are not disposable and our family members who may just need a little help. By providing the equipment they do, they give our best friends more time with us.

quick and helpful thank you!

The dog died before the wheelchair got here, so it's sitting unopened. I'm sure it's wonderful. It's also non-returnable and non-refundable, so it'll be a nice donation to a shelter.

I was skeptical as our boy has always been cautious with new experiences. But this was great for all of us. Harder to put together and adjust than to get him to use right away first try. We’re up to three days with five minutes a day and he’s powering forward.
