Walkin Pets' has the very best customer service. The wheelchair for my 117 pound 10 year old girl is phenomenal and amazingly indestructible! The process of fitting and adapting my dog to the wheelchair was slow and difficult. The support I received was from WP staff went beyond 5 star, while you endured my tears and frustration with the process. I am eternally grateful for your support and guidance. You quickly replaced parts that broke. It was a very long road to success and certainly very difficult, from assembling the wheelchair, taking the first steps to learning to potty in the wheelchair. Patience is definitely needed going through this process, and again you were there every step of the way. Eventually everything came together and my girl started strutting out, building up to her 2 mile walks in the mornings, walks in the afternoon, and trips to (and in) the lake. Now for the miracle: God answered my prayers, along with Adequan injections, and Cetyl M tablets as prescribed by my Veterinarian, and the physical therapy of walking long distances 4 months later she started walking on her own! Her walking has progressed over the last month, so that the only time she is in the cart is when we take our long walks. The tires are mostly bald, so we will need to replace soon. :) I am amazed at the construction as my big girl has "crashed and burned" several times, chasing squirrels out in the country over hill and dale and through ditches. Yikes!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart, you all are the best and literal lifesavers.
