my first time buying after being referred by a friend, and the exceptional pieces all caught my eye. Very artistic and unique creations, and stunning packaging. It arrived fast, with constant shipping notifications from USPS, delivered safely within the estimated date, and no issues placing the order or paying. Everything was a smooth experience. I bought the Shard chain, and I love the craftsmanship on it. Great quality and will be buying again!

I am thoroughly satisfied with my purchases from Vitaly Design. My initial purchase was the Paralyze Necklace, which arrived promptly and exceeded my expectations in terms of beauty and quality. The exceptional craftsmanship and speed of delivery left me so impressed that I made a second purchase, the Ranson necklace. While my second purchase required assistance from Vitaly Custom Service, I was delighted with the prompt and truthful responses to my questions and requests. Overall, I have a positive experience with Vitaly Design, a company with trustworthy staff that consistently delivers high-quality products and exceptional customer service. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking quality products and excellent customer service.

After placing my order, I received no tracking email or shipping notification at all. I only learned that the package had supposedly been delivered after contacting Vitaly several days later. The courier confirmed that my email address had not been shared, which resulted in the package being left outside without any way for me to be notified or present. The courier left the package outside, on the street (after my investigation, sent me the picture of the package outside), where it was stolen. Customer service refused to take responsibility despite this clear handling error, and no satisfactory solution was offered. It is especially disappointing because my first experience with this company was positive. This situation raises serious concerns about order follow-up and how issues are handled when they occur.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. Shipping notifications and tracking details are automatically sent to the email address provided at checkout once an order ships. In this case, the carrier confirmed delivery to the address on file. Couriers may leave packages in a secure location at the delivery address based on their standard delivery procedures. We do not have the ability to control where a carrier places a package. Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the final delivery rests with them, and we must rely on their confirmation. We are always happy to assist customers in contacting the courier or initiating a trace where applicable, but we cannot assume liability without carrier confirmation of an error or loss.

The customer service with company is 10/10. The morning after placing my order I received a call from a customer representative. Unheard of, really makes the shopping experience one of a kind. They were following up on what I thought and offering discounts on future orders. I did have to change the shipping address well after the cut off date and they got back to me in just a couple hours and were able to make the change for me. Will be shopping with them again. 10/10 recommend.

Vitaly Designs makes well-made and creative jewelry from recycled steel. Each piece I own is incredibly well-made and extremely distinctive. You will be stopped constantly by people wanting to know where you bought your jewelry. Customer service is first-rate and the in-store experience is great! I am a customer for life!

I've bought earrings, chains, and rings from Vitaly over the course of 3 years. They all shine like I bought them yesterday. I've spoken to customer service as well and they were always quick to respond and supportive of my needs. I'll be shopping here for a long time.
