Great experience overall, rings are beautifully made, even though they use Ai to immediately reply I got in contact with a person in just a couple of hours and they answered all my questions without any issues,returns and exchanges was also very easy to do.

Vitaly has consistently made timeless, unique, intricate, and well-made pieces that have served me well for almost 6 years! I made the mistake of buying an item full price 3 days before their 30% anniversary sale, and reached out hoping to get in-store cash of the difference. They responded to me the very next day and went the extra mile of giving me the difference in a direct refund! They have a flexible 7-day window where you can request a refund if you purchased an item full-price before a sale. What a great, customer forward policy! 5 stars all around!
