I purchased the Riot in gold along with the Integer in gold back on January 4th 2025. I didn't wear it until March. I noticed in between the links was absent of the gold polished stainless steel. I tried to do a claim about this and denied me. They stated it's perfectly normal. Really? I thought they wouldn't lose color while being a lifetime warranty.

Recently bought the Horizon necklace, which seemed shorter than the 2 necklaces I bought earlier. After measuring it, I came to the conclusion that it was almost 2cm shorter than advertised. Customer support told me the problem was my ruler, so I measured with a different ruler AND with their own product that was advertised to be the same size. The size difference was clear, but customer support won't do anything for me. Still giving 2 stars because Vitaly their quality is good and I still think it's a nice piece. Hopefully this discrepancy is a one time fail.

It's important to note that the product size for fit and the actual length of the product are sometimes different due to the interlocking clasp design. I ordered a lot of articles here, after losing an article I was promised by e-mail to get a 50 euro discount on the next order for the same article. ordered the same article again for another >100 euro but never got the discount. Since then I stopped buying articles here.

I returned a broken item and received an in-store credit due to the warranty. Then I invested more money in another order (total around 160€). Unfortunately, these items were too small for me and I wanted to send them back. In the return instructions it was then recommended not to insure the package because it would entail additional costs. So I sent the package uninsured on recommendation and it allegedly never arrived. When I reported this to the support, they said I was responsible for it myself and no further steps were taken (credit note, etc.). I then ordered something again and sent it back for testing (same address, same shipping company), but this time insured. The package arrived within 4 days with no problems. I'm pretty sure that this loophole was exploited and I'm extremely disappointed in the seller. The items are not bad and well made, that's why there are 2 stars... otherwise a total letdown.

Nice packaging, but that is about it. I bought the bracelet React and it took more than a month to get here. After doing some research I found of it is on Aliexpress for about 15 euro's. The bracelet looks fine, but TBH I would rather buy it on Aliexpress and risk not getting it than buy it from them...

We do not drop ship at all. All of our items are designed in Toronto Canada, by our creative department. We thank you for bringing any stolen IPs being sold at a lower price and lower quality than what we offer to our attention.

Ordered from here multiple times. My first bad experience with the product. I recently ordered their double lip ring Ecstasy. The bigger piece broke after adjusting to fit the bottom lip. Their is no attention mechanism, both pieces are just a whole piece of their own. The material will wear and break after so many adjustments to sizings / trying to size for perfect fit. Haven't had a problem with Pendants and Ear pieces, but anything they produce and advertise as "adjustable" I'd proceed to purchase with caution. -100$$ They ship out of country so I'm not pouring more money for a replacement. Lesson learned on how some of their products are made. Hope they can improve on situations like this, cause they do have nice looking pieces, Ecstasy happened to be a bad apple. Edit after reply: Your "warranty" requires to pay 50% of original purchase, for me that'd be approx 50$, plus shipping/tax out of country. This particular product is just faulty by how it's made. There are no hinges for when someone wants to size to their lip. The material is just gonna wear over so many uses. I'll be moving on from this feedback. Anyone reading, just pay attention to design and if this scenario about resizing/adjustments could play into any pfuture products bought from Vitaly.

Absolutely gutted with the Customer Support I have experienced from what was my favourite jewellery brand. I have been getting a gold piece every Christmas for the past 3 years and this time, unfortunately my mum ordered the wrong colour earrings this time. So, I contacted CS to see if I could get an exchange (these only came out the box to take pics of the wrong item). I was met with a solid No with no wiggle room. I'm so sad to say that I can't order from them anymore because if you make a mistake, they don't care. It's not their problem and as a customer for 3 years I thought they would be a little more understanding.
