Vitaly truly makes the most stunning pieces of art which are outstanding and are like no other. I've never had this many complements wearing any piece of jewellery before. The stainless steel is gorgeous and matches my rolex perfectly. Comes with a lifetime warranty because it will never change or fade. They've got the most supportive customer service team and will respond within minutes. I am in love with vitaly design

I've ordered multiple items from this site, and only made a return once very recently. Customer service was terrible; took a long time to respond, and then tried to deny the return once 30 days had passed. They offered 'store credit' when I contested it, but in the end they only gave me a single-use, unstackable coupon code. Since coupons can't be used on sale items, that means I can't use it until next year, when their current sale is over. They refused to provide actual store credit. It feels like I'm being punished for holding them accountable. The entire situation was a nightmare, and I can't support a company that uses misleading language in their policies.

Thank you for your feedback. We’d like to clarify a few points for accuracy. Return eligibility and timelines are clearly outlined in our return policy. In this case, the return request was submitted outside of the stated return window, which is why a standard refund was not available. As a courtesy, a store credit in the form of a promotional code was offered despite the return being ineligible under policy. Our store credit is issued as a single-use code and functions as outlined in our terms, including standard restrictions such as non-stackability and exclusion from sale items. These conditions are disclosed and consistent with how promotional credits are applied across our store. While we understand this outcome may not have been your preferred resolution, the policy was applied as written, and the credit was provided as an exception rather than an obligation. We appreciate your past support and regret that this experience did not meet expectations.

I happened to make a small error with my order and reached out to customer service for assistance. To my delight, they responded within mere hours and resolved the matter with remarkable efficiency and grace. Such attentive and courteous service feels rather rare these days. I’m truly impressed and very much looking forward to receiving my parcel — your jewellery is simply exquisite.

Hi Andrew, We're sincerely sorry for any frustration that has come out of the issue affecting your return. Regretfully, the postal service is on strike in Canada, which will completely prevent the return delivery of any inbound customer return orders from international destinations. This is affecting countless businesses and customers, and we are doing our best to monitor and work around the situation. While we cannot grant refunds without receiving orders back, we are more than willing to extend the return window of your order to ensure that you are not further inconvenienced or penalized for this service disruption that is completely outside the scope of our control. If you wish to receive further support, our team continues to be available whenever you need us at [email protected].
