The vitaly glitch uses very low quality of material and construction, I won't be buying from them again.
Response from Vitaly DesignOct 11, 2023
Hi Carl, We appreciate your review and are really sorry the Glitch did not meet your expectations. Since then our quality has drastically improved on our items. We now offer 30 day returns and exchanges as well as a prepaid label covered by the companies if you are a United states or Canadian customer. We hope you can give us another shot in the future.

My item took 9 business days to get here when it says in the shipping policy North America only take 3-5 business days to ship the item.

Hi Kyle, We're sorry that your shipment did not arrive within your expected delivery window. Our standard delivery times have evolved since your experience. To help shed light on possible confusion, our shipping times are an estimation based on factors such as destination, date of order submission, seasonal shipping volumes and carrier disruptions. Shipping times are also based on business days, which would not include weekends. Shipping times are also in addition to the 2-4 business days that it takes to pack and dispatch the order. Unfortunately, this may be the reason why weren't able to meet your expectations. If you have any further questions or concerns, we would kindly ask that you reach out to us at [email protected] so that we can assist you in the future.
