Beautiful designs! Unfortunately I've had quality issues twice out of my three orders.Specifically, I had quality problems with the Lift ring (crooked/bent) and the Sway necklace (arrived with defect/scratch on the pendant). Customer service allowed a refund for the ring, but it was a hassle. I haven't reached out abut the necklace yet because I don't know whether it's worth the headache. Can't find a way to leave a review on the website, which is kind of shady.

I bought the shimmer necklace and 2 rings during the black friday sale, they're all lovely and really stand out. Unfortunately the 2 rings were too big so I had to return them, then re-order them in the right size (since you can't exchange discounted items otherwise they make you pay full price). I have some mixed feelings about the whole buying experience because of this. Thought I would take a chance since there are 30 days to return… but it’s up to the customer to pay for return costs (which are insanely expensive, 15€ for a 80 grams package??? and that was the cheapest option). And then I had to pay shipping fees for the 2nd order, even if I was just re-ordering the same items I needed in the right size. The first order had free shipping... I reached out to customer service to see if we could work something out, to no avail. Sometimes a small commercial gesture goes a long way... The support was very quick in answering though. In the end I lost a big chunk of the “savings” I was supposed to make with the Black Friday sale on shipping costs back and forth. I love the products, but I’ll be hesitant to order again from this website, especially for rings. I hope that one day Vitaly products make their way back to Zalando (or other marketplace) where I used to buy them, because it was a lot easier and less headache-inducing, at least for European customers.

First designs (before 2021) were really interesting. Now feels like the company is saturated.

The parcel came in around 3 weeks after the websites expected delivery, therefore, I am no longer able to return my items based on exceeding the 30 days policy. I am now offered a gift card or the exchange of sizes. I want my money back. I should have the same rights as anyone else, the delivery partners fault is not mine. Worst customer experience by far. EDIT: After serveral mails and this rating (1Star), I finally got granted the possibility to return the items. Personally feel like this was not needed considering they had no proof of when the parcel got delivered on my end. I was just requesting the return timeframe, they state to offer anyways.

Decent quality, but pricey

Ordered a bracelet in the wrong size, so had to send it back get an exchange. Exchange costs wasn't covered, which is alright. The part that made me confused was three ways of writing the return address. Luckily my return arrived after a while, and a new bracelet has been shipped my way. If they improve their return process to be less confusing and a little more concise and clear, a five star review would definitely be warranted.

Average quality stuff with a premium price tag. MADE IN CHINA so quality will be similar or inferior to most other brands. I bought on 25% off but still felt like their prices are on the steep end. Their designs are cool and different, but that seems to be their only unique selling point.
