I switched my regular acct to a business acct and they are totally screwing me ! I have paid well over$500 this month for the phones that were suppose to be only$150 ish. I call them they say I owe nothing but then I get phone calls from them stating I owe or they are shutting us off. We went into the store to get help, ya, right, 1 1/2 hour wait at the least, I tried calling again, no luck ! I did end up paying, I don't want my phone shut off, but come Monday they will here from me !

Phone calls are not made in a secure fashion. They allow random SIP addresses to be added to your line. I can send unencrypted traffic to my phone through my SIP address. Their customer service reps are clueless even at tier 2. I've been able to DOS them from my computer pretty easily which doesn't say much about their tech department that they can't stop someone from taking out their gateways. None of your voice calls are over tcp or tls. They listen in on every call and every text. They have allow their OSINT companies to take the reigns of their network and exploit/hack customers. When I showed them this glaring hole in their security, they refused to send me to their legal department or give me information on how to serve them. They are performing illegal operations and when told the answer was "doesn't every company?" This is not the correct answer. This company is shameful and I'm glad I get to see such a litany of people affirm what I think: this company is terrible, their service is subpar and their fees are outrageous. To top that off, I had no voicemail for months and none of their reps could turn it on. Last, they have a bunch of malicious domains phishing their customers.

Verizon is so bad I was questioning that the good reviews were fake. I have already written a review for Verizon but I'm writing another because I cannot stress enough how much this company is the biggest scam. Their network speeds aren't even as decent as they used to be, my current is much faster. Kind of disappointed that I've been missing out for awhile. Customer service has always been bad in my experience, but this recent time having Verizon it was absolute GARBAGE. I couldn't tell you how many representatives I've tried to speak with and every single one was awful. And I'm truly not a highly demanding customer. I don't expect refunds, or discounts, I just want my issues to be explained and hopefully resolved. It seems as if they purposely hire people with the worst attitudes. I can't even get somebody to email me my last bill. It's unfortunate enough when you deal with just a couple bad apples, but it's angering when every single associate acts like doing their job is your fault.

Service is so bad with Verizon that the VA can’t contact me and are now cancelling appointments, and shredding consults.

Verizon has the best coverage in my area. That’s the only reason I stay with them. Their customer service department is the absolute worst. They’re unhelpful, they refuse to let you speak to a supervisor. After insisting over and over and over they promise one will call you back and nobody ever does. I wish there was a company with comparable coverage and better customer service. I’d switch in a heartbeat. Verizon knows their coverage is best and that people will use them because of that. Therefore they treat their customers terribly with no worry about losing business. It’s a shame.

verizon has taken my credit limit down from $3000 to $400 for no reason, they do not treat there customers with loyalty as we treat verizon with loyalaty, they have an upside down buisness model dont choose verizon, prepaid carriers are your best option

Absolutely horrible. Phone customer service will tell you one thing and not follow through on them. Moving their service was a NIGHTMARE, their technicians did not switch the line from coax to fiber yet kept blaming it on my setup. Took several days to get a technician to my house, only to find a hidden $149 charge that was not disclosed to me beforehand to solve an issue on Verizon's end. When their phone customer service promises they will call back, only one out of eight has followed up because I threatened to cancel. Put you on long holds with no one picking up for over 2-3 hours with no warning. When customer service says something, make sure to get proof in writing or they will not acknowledge it! ZERO customer service, it's better to do it all yourself online to avoid hidden charges.

Happened again, shocker. Verizon has a 60% one star rating and they still chose to do nothing about it. I changed my account for three lines in May based on their suggestion to save me money. Three months later I'm still trying to correct the changes. They keep telling me I miss-understood the changes. Well I have saved all the chats (never deal with Verizon without a chat line, then save the chat...you WILL need it later) But even with the chats they refuse to back up what their employees tell the customer. Just got off another chat and once we got the lines corrected (I hope) I asked for a inconvenience credit, which they had done for me before.....guess what....disconnected!! Somethings never change. They know they are a necessary evil in todays world so customer service is not a prioroty.
