I could give zero but unfortunately there is no option for that. I purchased my phone from wood field retailer was not happy came to return device and closd the account. I provide them with my credit card. They charge re stock fee. After months I got 100 lbs nocked down from derogatory notes. Because their dumb employee did not charge me for the activation fee and days used. They refused to change information provided to all major credit report companies. I am furious and will start a campaign to inform ok my friends and family about ther shady practices. Spoke for hours to customer service, financial services, and corporate headquarters nos nobody can fix this problem they have created. ABSOLUTELY WORST COMPANY. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE BAD SERVICE PLANS VERY BAD MANAGEMENT POOR COMMUNICATION BAD IN COMMUNICATING AND TAKKNG RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR SHADY ACTIONS. A profit greedy company who exploited customers during the pandemic. Still trying to collect money while people were struggling. The same way they treat their workers. Workers are exploited while executives get perks and bonuses No humanity or compassion from this company. Scrap those lying commercials that make the company like sweet and rosy

They went door to door in my neighborhood looking for people to switch to their service. Associates were rude when I answered the door. I will never do business with them.

Terrible service, stay away from this company

So let’s get right to the point.. Verizon is truly a despicable company. There customer service will tell you lie after lie after lie. I’ve been trying to correct an issue with my account (autopay discount) which could be taken care of with the push of a button.. Apparently, the good folks in the “back room” don’t have time to actually research the problem and correct it. So l have to call every month to make sure they don’t forget my agreed upon discount. Verizon will waste copious amounts of YOUR precious time. So please be advised and beware..

Have you ever wanted to buy an accessory for a phone you bought at Verizon? Oh and if you switch to another service later and still want to buy something in the store or online? Well you can't unless you have an active account. So glad I am no longer a customer of theirs and on top of that they are gatekeeping me from their inventory. That's fine keep your products and I'll keep my money

Before this company was good now ther just charge for everything my internet is so slow n they said I’m the low level of internet but I’m not in low lever for the bill is too slow I can call text or look something when I need simple this company getting bad service just care about the money n raise the bill I have to change the company

Verizon doesn't care about business. Eg: residential website and support, above average, everything works and you can eventually speak with an operator. Small business service is just the opposite, the website doesn't work, has all sorts of functionality issues, hours to reach a support rep only to be transferred and hung up on because they have low standards for business support. This has been an eye opener of whom NOT to use when you own a small business and need reliable service
