Worst company ever. Customer service horrible. Account management terrible. They keep increasing the bill and finding ways to justify it. Promised to lock price for 3 years and is a complete lie, they just find ways to increase it. Things get added to your account out of the blue and blame customer for that because that can only happen if customer do it manually and then is a nightmare to fix the bill and still they find a way to don’t lower it to the previous price, is terrible what they do. They lie and pretty much steal from customers

I left Verizon in July 26 and went to At&T. AT&T paid for the value of the phones purchased with Verizon, but Verizon wants 721.00 more. So they decided to commit fraud on my son’s bank account, and tried to charge his bank debit card for 721.00. The bank fraud dept contacted my son making him aware of this. He said I can have investigation on Verizon and maybe sue them. Please beware of these criminals.

I hate Verizon so much I can’t begin to describe to u. I wish the company would fail and someone else, anyone else would make a new phone carrier. I will be leaving as soon as I can.

Terrible unprofessional technicians in flatbush brooklyn, fight you in ur own home regarding how you want your wires set up, bringing their ego into ur home trying to drill through ur closets to put wires through , the verizon manager of flatbush named williams is extremely inappropriate and tried to turn it into a sales pitch after his technician fought me in my own home after drilling through my closets, and disregarded the fact his technician trespassed as i told him to leave and he ignored me, and id like to warn anyone else from using thie company if they live in flatbush brooklyn. Internet gets set up incorrectly by these technicians

Absolute Nightmare for Business Clients – Avoid Verizon Business I am beyond frustrated with Verizon Business. Two weeks ago, I placed an urgent phone order for one of my clients who desperately needed the device. A week went by with no updates, only for Verizon to claim the order never shipped due to an "incorrect address." This was completely false, and customer service later verified that the original address was 100% correct. Hoping to resolve their mistake, another phone order was placed last week. Once again, they failed to ship it out. When I called to follow up, customer service claimed they had no record or trace of the order ever being placed. Both times, Verizon has completely failed to provide an ounce of support for an urgent business delivery. Their incompetence, lack of internal tracking, and terrible customer service have left my client empty-handed and completely stalled our business operations. If you value your time and your clients, look somewhere else for your business accounts. Verizon simply cannot be trusted to handle basic orders.

The worst service as fios internet and the customer service is the worst and the employee are rude and they don’t know anything and their app sooo bad and so slow and u can’t do nothing on it the worst of the worst

I've been with verizon for about 4 yrs. My daughter lost her phone so we went to a verizon store to replace it I told the woman rep I couldn't afford more than I was paying at the time which was $102 a month. First she said the bill would be $120 a month then $135 a month I figured I would try to swing paying that. I get my bill and it's $228. I call and try to get help cause the bill is in my name but they can't help because they needed to send a code to the phone my daughter has and at the time she wasn't home and I had no way to contact her. I never did get any help and I will never deal with verizon again. Their representative flat out lied to me to make a sale and then no one could help with the bill even though it's in my name.

Do not trust price quotes from Verizon representatives. Despite having explicit written text and chat commitments confirming a $96/month rate for 4 lines, Verizon’s backend system repeatedly purges my $20/line loyalty credits and adds unauthorized streaming fees (YouTube Premium/Hulu) without my consent. Frontline agents acknowledge the mistake and promise it’s fixed, but the discounts wipe out again on the next cycle. After wasting 100+ hours with no permanent resolution, I was forced to escalate to the FCC and State Attorney General. Horrible billing practices—avoid!
