Bad service while setting up my phone, and now the web page is down, and therefore I can't put money on my phone - and the phone is useless. Since no one apparently want to talk to me, I'm giving up on verizon. I advise everybody to do the same.

My experince with Verizon has not been great. Verizon has really been a thick skull when I want to do anything. A few agents have been rude to me. I am going to be switching my service shortly. Goodbye Verizon!

I have been with Verizon for 9 years. I've been through many different phones with them, being able to upgrade every couple of years. The service Verizon provides is unbeatable. The only negative I have is the price, I could find cheaper cellular service elsewhere, but in the end you get what you pay for. The amount of dropped calls I've had over the years can probably be counted on one hand. Customer service is excellent, too, I can easily get an agent on the phone and get any problems solved quickly. I recommend them to anyone who asks me about cellular service.

I tried buying new smart phones for ny husband and i. Got them in the mail and returned a few days later because internet doesnt work on them in my area, their online customer service chat was rude and not helpful.
