I've had Verizon for TV and internet for 4 years , and , must say , they've been great . However , this weekend , I called in to cancel the TV portion., and keep the internet...as a retiree , with all other prices going up , the cost of cable was high . I have a Roku Tv , with Roku, YouTube and Pluto in it ...plus 3 dozen over the air channels . So , I had/ have 300 MBPS internet , all I need . The woman I spoke to , without my knowledge , upgraded my internet up to 500 MBPS , an increase of $ 25 per month.I didn't notice it until I went to pay my bill . One "shady " employee, for whatever reason ....can create a very negative impression . I had another employee undo the switch . Alls well that ends well ...but it does leave a bad taste .

Long time customer. Very happy with their cell phone coverage. You have to go into their stores to keep up on your plans and get discounts. But if you do, they have competitve rates and discounts on phones. I have 4 lines for my family. All good, IMO.

Very expensive but they have quality and excellent customer service

I was surprised to see 60% of Verizon reviews that are negative. My experience just now with the Verizon automated attendant and once last year was fantastic. We all run into horrible situations that stress our finances. I have one now. Verizon quickly was able to schedule a payment that will easily be paid. And they did the same last year. It has is one of the best customer relations I have experiences I have had in 2021.

Coverage has been great, customer service were quick and helpful when addressing flaws and problems. Thanks :)

Had a couple of issues but they were always resolved pretty promptly, generally really happy with the service received :)
