I had a major issue with billing, new phone etc. Customer service suggested i go back to the store in Rock Hill SC Cant say enough good things about Sean, the manager. Because of over the top people like him ive been a Verizon customer for 40 years. Much praise to Lilly as well and Donica in customer service. Linda Ford

Jasper of Verizon store in Oakleaf plantation, orange park, Florida was wonderful. I needed a phone immediately as to my iPhone 15 broke and damaged and I just needed an immediate sale to be able to reach my family . He did everything to help me and I truly appreciate his service .

I just wanted to let everyone about the incredible customer service that I received from a customer service representative at our local Verizon store. We went in because my phone had bit the dust and I really didn't know what to do when we were approached by a young lady with an incredible smile. Korrine welcomed us in and had us sit down and tell her why we had come it. Korrine took the time to explain and answer all of my questions without making me feel stupid. If you're looking to switch, upgrade or just want to experience amazing customer service run don't walk to the Anderson Verizon and ask for Korrine, you definitely won't be disappointed!

To whom it may concern: I just wanted to share my additional appreciation and recognition to Jeff A. (Verizon Technical Support Personnel) for his help on October 06, 2026. I was notified via email on September 15, 2026, and Action Required: Download your Content Anywhere files before October 30, 2026. I followed all recommended instructions to no avail. Finally, I was able to speak to Jeff A. (Verizon Technical Support Personnel) and I was treated with the upmost respect and very high level of professionalism. He took the time to listen to my concerns and issues and per his instructions, Illustration and data download completion accordingly. Verizon should use Jeff A. as examples to others on how to provide customer support in a very timely manner. THANKS JEFF! Will T.

Megan Henderson is the best customer service representative I’ve talked too. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. She was a big help to me and my husband. She handled everything with graceful knowledge. She deserves a raise and a promotion give her both ! Thank you Megan.

I had a customer service rep named April. She was wonderful. Polite, easy going explained everything she had to call me back? I had to call her twice. She had to call me back after work. Because it was taking time and I had to leave for work and she called me back right at the time. She told me she figured it all out, got it fixed. She's just the politest person. I just loved her, doesn't get no better than her. She'd been over backwards to fix my. Situation, and what I had going on? And she really didn't have to do all that, but she did more than what she had to. I'm assuming.

At verizon, the young gentleman that helped us.His name was Damian, he was very helpful and walked us through everything. He actually got us set up an out in a timely fashion. We opened the new account with Verizon. And my husband got a new phone.
