I recently changed from AT+T to Verizon wireless. In hindsight I would not do this. If Verizon refunded the taxes I paid and waived the restocking fees on the phones I purchased I would return to AT+T. I spoke with 4 representatives from Verizon and not one could explain how the change over process worked. They make no attempt to assist in the process. The best description of the switch is Verizon has no process around how this works. No one at the company takes any ownership in seeing that this goes smoothly. Once the change does happen and there are issues with the phone (and there will be), the response is I can't help you or wait till tomorrow and see what happens.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Their customer service is horrible. Now they outsource their CS to the Philippines and good luck reaching anyone who can speak English. Nightmare. I’ve been with this company since October of 2021 and it’s a monthly call about some issue. This company is con artists, they originally offered $600 trade in of my iPhone 12 Pro Max then after they get it they lied and only offered $200 as trade in. Bait and switch. The only way to get Verizon to do it’s job is to file a case with the better business bureau. Only then will Verizon do it’s job. Have a current case open with bbb regarding the theft by deception case against Verizon. Beware of Verizon. Crooks

Didn’t work in Puerto Rico. They claim that their system doesn’t allow my own international mobile phone to connect to a network in Puerto Rico, using pre-paid SIM card. I heard different versions of available options from different people working at Verizon. Even though it was supposed to be possible to have an eSIM on pre-paid, it ended up to be a physical SIM card, anyway. People working there are not up to date both with technology and available services at their company. Data speeds on Samsung Galaxy S20+ 5G are terrible in Clayton and Raleigh. Something below 20 Mbps and in the city of Raleigh I had issues with any data for most of the one day trip! They don't allow you to use Mobile Hotspot unless you pay for that possibility extra, and it's extremely limited, anyway! SIM card is assigned to a particular IMEI, which means that it’s not even possible to move it between SIM slots on the same phone. Neither move to another phone. The phone thinks that the SIM card number changes each second minute, or so. It was not possible for me to use payment cards from Denmark on their website. The staff is friendly, though.

Impressively horrible website, policies, and customer service. Conversations with customer service agents are infuriating with long wait times between the simplest of messages... truly infuriating to an indescribable degree. Update: Switch to US Mobile. Same network, better plans, stellar customer service!

Terrible. I wish the person who created the Child's Plan lives the most pathetic, disgusting, appalling, scandalous, outrageous, life out there. I wish that every time they step outside, ten birds swarm over to their house and poop on it. I wish they're single forever and dies alone. I wish they step on every single Lego in the world. I wish one day they somehow poop out a golden nugget that hurts so bad and when they tried to turn it in it got denied for being so disgusting and smelly. I wish they had to go through every war in history. I wish they pee themselves every night. Thank you! <3

Undoubtedly the worst customer service experience in my life! It's virtually nonexistent, wasted around 8 hours trying to solve what should have been a simple issue, Now I'm looking for a new service provider. One that has someone answering a phone for support.

They say it has coverage at my new home but it doesn't. I have to keep my phone on airplane mode at home because the half a bar tries to compete with Wi-Fi calling. I work from home and it's a disaster. I have an iPhone and a Samsung phone. How is it that Verizon signal works better on the iPhone? They are way too expensive, terrible customer service and horrendous wait times and the knowledge within their retail stores: slim to none.
