I've with Verizon around 20 year plus... But something change really bad on customer service, used to be I may say almost the best,but now I agree with most of the negative reviews is being the worst called customer service! took around 45 minutes then accidentally cut me off I used to have 5 lines me and my workers phone's I decreased to 2 lines, I'm thinking they have really bad service dropped calls no service were used to be normal.i bought two new phone's never improved the service...no two days ago i came to the store for solution on my bad service. Now they try selling me 13,hundred dollar new phone the best they can do???. It's ridiculous! Best solution move to different provider.

Be careful when signing up for Verizon's 5G service and don't sign up for Verizon's "5G And More, which costs $100 per month (not worth the money). Chatting with a customer representative from Verizon online, I was mislead as he started that I can add 5G service for just $10 a month added to my current plan and I said ok, sign me up. When I got my bill, I was surprised that their service actual cost is $100 per month for their 5G And More, making my bill $38 over my previous month's bill. Got back online with Verizon customer service and told them about the increase in my current bill. After being online with Verizon for close to three hours, we agreed to have my previous plan restored (which averages about $75 to $85 per month) and not $110 per month. I agreed to pay my current bill of $110 and receive a $38 rebate for my next bill, which sounds reasonable. Verizon 5G services is not all that good as the 5G signal is inconsistent, unreliable, and erratic as the signal continues to switch between 4G and 5G, even when streaming Netflix and Amazon prime video.

I've been with Verizon for past 10 years and honestly love the service . Only giving it a 4 start because I wish they would lower their prices down . I would long time ago switch to a different company but I have a whole family who would need to have number changed and some don't approve so we kind of stick paying a high bill. They do have good promotions ones in a while and I do like when bill can be lowered. But if i we're to start I would go with bit cheaper company! With slightly better benefits

My name is Derrick J. I purchased a phone from these people regrettingly on July 13, 2022. I also sent in a trade-in device. They still have not confirmed how much this device is worth. I am in the process of suing them, as I have kept all of the chats that I had with them. These people are the worst company, that I have ever dealt with. I have chatted with them over 6 times in two weeks for the same problem. Do not buy anything from Verizon, they do not honor their customers. This is not a transparent company. DO NOT SEND IN A TRADE-IN DEVICE! If I could I would give 0 stars. The worst one at Verizon that I spoke to was Oliver. The rest were terrible and unknowledgable also.

Had for years, just offered unlimited. Switched to T-Mobile, ported #, but still took out full payment for 5 days of use, because I didn’t cancel auto payment. Said it will take till September bill to get refund. Global company that can’t have system that tells it that because you stop usage, means you stop service and stop auto payment. Then keep your money for additional 7 weeks. Use you for a high bill customer with hardly any usage, because live in rural area, then doesn’t offer best plan, and then keeps your money by fraudulent billing.

I have wasted days of my life trying to dispute outrageously high bills Verizon has been randomly sending me. $800, $550 etc etc. Customer service will pass you around from department to department refusing to resolve any issues until you give up. They are taking advantage of people.

PLEASE BE CAREFUL: we ordered Verizon internet for apartment where we were the new tenants. Sales guy gave us three options and even pushed the $99 a month level because there was no install fee and no router fee. He even said we could drop the service down the next month. We went with his suggestion. Bill came and of course, the install fee of $99 is on the bill. We call Verizon. First woman said if 'that was what the salesman told you, then we will make good on that. (Verbatim) "We never go back on our word." She would need a supervisor to sign off and call back in two hours. Never called. Yesterday, we escalated it to a supervisor who told us - "there is no written commitment in the notes from salesman, so they can't do anything." Did any of you know the sales people at Verizon can make up their own deals? They offered us half - which tells me they CAN refund the money but won't. Still unresolved as we await yet another level of management to review. BE CAREFUL WHEN ORDERING VERIZON INTERNET.
