First of all I was completely scammed and ripped off when I signed up with Verizon at a "Verizon Store of the Year" here In Olathe, Kansas as I traded in my Google Pixel 6 Pro for an iPhone 15. I told the head rip con-person there that all I needed was talk and text, no data at all. She told me "no problem, you need the Welcome plan with unlimited talk and text and a small amount of data. They gave me a small trade in for my phone and set up my iPhone for me and I signed on the dotted line and coughed up the cash needed. When I got home I figured I should log in to my account on the Verizon website. When I checked my account, to my dismay I was signed up to the Unlimited plan at over TWICE THE PRICE. I called this store and was told no problem just change your plan on the website. When I tried that I was immediately told that if I changed it I had to cough up the $900 plus I would owe for my phone! I called Verizon and they told me that it WASN'T THEIR STORE! I was responsible for it. The Verizon store of the year thing means NOTHING. I am retired, disabled and live on disability SQUAT! I have to have a phone, I don't even drive because I cant afford to. THAT is just the beginning of my mess with Verizon! Since buying that phone and THAT plan, I have been CONSTANTLY screwed by their lack of customer support(it takes at LEAST an hour to get a rep on the phone) and loss of service/coverage. Their website SUCKS as it is overly complicated and downright dysfunctional. The overhyped app SUCKS even more than the website. It never works! Now, the THIEVES end me a text message telling me pay up or else when I HAVE PAID, so once again I am on the phone. THIS TIME it took over TWO HOURS to get by their IGNORANT Chatbot and Virtual assistant BS before I got a rep that told me that if the app said I was paid up it must be so. By this time I was so mad that I told them I would ignore all such texts and if they cut me off they will PAY HELL before they get this iPhone that I STILL OWE ON back and that they can TRY to take me to court for it! I also told them that they cant get one dime out of me as I am on Social Security which cannot be garnished! The poor rep I talked to told me he would get me a $10 discount on my bill and I told him what he could do with that, so he upped the discount to $20 a month. That goes to show how they OVERCHARGE because if they have that much leeway in their pricing, they GOUGE the average person by at least that much! Well, they jacked with the WRONG SENIOR DISABLEE HERE! I already made one such review on Yelp and boy did that get noticed. Now, I am here and I won't stop here either. People need to know that VERIZON is a HORRIBLE company that RIPS OFF OLD PEOPLE, DISABLED PEOPLE, and POOR PEOPLE and most likely EVERYBODY THEY CAN! I wouldn't wish VERIZON on Adolph Hitler or the DEVIL himself, although I think he sets on their Board of Director's.....Chairman of the Board! Anybody that has to work there must need a job real bad and I pity them. I would go hungry before working for such a LOW LIFE outfit as VERIZON!

The worst cellphone company I have ever done business with - I had t mobile for over 13 years never had a problem with them - Horrible customer service. Very expensive prices for the quality of service -not worth it-They don't solve issues or concerns-try to call 24/7 line - they keep you on hold for 30 min and then they hang up the phone at you. I pay too much money for me to be dealing with this type of services 5 lines, internet service -

It's a shame we can't give negative stars because this has been a solid -5. I have let the company know that I would disconnect my service 2 weeks before moving out of my apartment (internet). Due to billing cycles and whatnot, I was told that my service would be disconnected on the 18th of August (I moved out at the end of July. I still didn't overthink about it and rolled with it but started calling customer service to send me a return label so I could send the console back to them to avoid a $200 something charge. I have called 5 times now and went twice to the store to get this done and I still have NOT received the return label - always some nonsense excuse, impossible to speak to a manager, and always issues with communicating properly. What they didn't forget to do was to send me a bill to pay for the console that they failed to send me a return label for! You can't print it anywhere on the website either. you can't make this stuff up. First and last time I sign up with them. THIS IS FRAUD AND THIS IS STEALING!

THE SLOWEST DATA EVER HOW ARE THEY STILL IN BUSINESS

The phone support is abysmal

I do not have Verizon but, for the past week their representatives have been soliciting in my neighborhood. The first few times I have responded no thank you and they leave. However this afternoon was totally unacceptable. Someone was knocking on my window by the time I opened my Vivint app, they had rung the doorbell at least three times. Through the app I didn’t recognize the two females on my porch. I then stated, hello how may I help you. They explained they were from Verizon. I stated, no thank you! They continued to talk. I once again stated, no thank you. It finally got to the point of me stating, no soliciting please. The one representative states we’ll get a *** no soliciting sign. I state, excuse me? The conversation went from there! In this day and time, it’s Not Safe to be going to random strangers doors! More importantly, you Never know what type of day someone is having and you may end up getting the short end of the stick! These were two young females who displayed absolutely no respect. If this is the representation of their company… No Thank You! Do better Verizon! About two hours later, two young men claiming to be from Verizon came on the porch. My son answered the door and they were just as disrespectful! Is there a way for my address to be removed because at this rate, something bad may end up taking place!

Can’t get worse, very poor service, we have biz accounts will be cancelling

What a terrible customer service they now have. A total collapse of what it used to be. Now you call and the Reps not speak good English and they don’t understand or have the competence to help. No one cares anymore. Now everything is automated. I have 2 numbers on same device. The new number is for my business hence the reason I have a business account with them. Every 2 days I have to call because THEY JUST KEEP shooting down my business number. Clients cant reach me!!!! Losing money!!!
