VerizonReviews of verizon.com

Verizon's services are generally more expensive compared to other carriers. AT&T and T-Mobile offer comparable products and services at more competitive prices. In summary, for many consumers, there may be little reason to choose Verizon over more affordable cell phone providers. Moreover, competing carriers like AT&T and T-Mobile have steadily improved their coverage and network quality, narrowing the gap with Verizon.

Verizon have continually sent invoices to our company 8 months after the account was cancelled. We even received a cancellation reference number by Verizon when a customer service person in Australia advised that the Accounts team in US often ignore cancelled subcriptions. The behaviour of Verizon is disgraceful and against all consumer law in Australia. Avoid Verizon at all costs.

I'm receiving Verizon 5G Home Internet as well as a Verizon Wireless plan for about $130 a month which is a steal compared to Spectrum. In my area Verizon is the best in terms of cellular coverage as well. The autopay discount also saves me $20 a month.

Spent a month and a half attempting to set up an online internet account to get promised monthly discount. Never succeeded. (I began earning a living in IT around 1982.) Apparently their entire website support assumes everyone is a Microsoft user. I’m not, so all the helpful chatbots were useless to me, and kept repeating the same 3 irrelevant options for service. Finally got through to a human to pay the closing bill. Was charged an additional $10 USD for “human-assisted service” with no warning - it appeared in the form of a notice of transaction from my bank, after the payment went through. Never again. Worse than useless.

They are defrauding customers and bait/switch. They claim that to qualify for their Verizon forward program all you have to do is prove you received the ACP benefit, or receive a pell grant and have fios service. That is what the PUBLICLY display on their website as the qualifications. But they reject nearly everyone because they claim an internal document says you must be on one of their "new" plans to qualify. Nowhere does it say that. So they get you to upgrade for $60 and give you $20 back. Big scam. SHAME ON THEM and TODD in the executive relations office who tried to defend this. What a joke. You advertise one thing, honor it!!

Very expensive but they have quality and excellent customer service

Dont wast your time with this company. They promise a great service in the sale and then consistently under deliver. Over the phone more promises and still nothing. It had been over a year and they still hadn't installed the hardware in our vehicles. We have gone with a better company and are now working towards getting out of the contract with Verizon for the 8 out of 40 vehicles that got installed over the year. We paid our team double time to run around and swap all our vehicles from sites after shifts so the install could happen, then no one showed up... They will blame the contractors but the contractors have proven that they hadn't received the job until last minute and didn't actually accept the job. Verizon do not care and will not do what they promise. We also had to find our own auto-electrician to install some of our vehicles at a high cost just to get them done so we didn't lose our contracts. There are way better companies out there - keep looking!!
