Neutral on it so far - been using for several weeks and cannot say that it has had any affect on me -Customer Service has been VERY helpful and accommodating - a little frustrating that a few days into the trial period they want me to subscribe to get what I need but I guess that's the world

The device is easy to use with a range of features including the ability to personalise sessions with custom parameters. With conductive gel the earbuds can tend to slip out, but I tape them in for this reason, which works. I also understand that they are releasing a new design of earsets in a few months. which remains to be seen if they will address the limitations of the current ones. The earbuds target the cavum concha and tragus which are less innervated than the cymba concha, but I felt a noticeable difference in my condition immediately after starting, though I had to do more than the hour daily which I think is recommended. I was debating on whether to award four stars or five due to the earset problems and the relatively expensive monthly subscription, but I decided on five stars as the customer service really is exceptional, one of the best I have seen, they replied within a day and answered my questions as well as sending a replacement earset when one broke.

After more than six weeks of daily use, I unfortunately haven’t noticed any improvement. I’ve been dealing with health issues for over 50 years and had hoped this device would offer at least some relief, but so far there has been no change at all.I plan to continue for a few more months, simply because my system has been stuck for so long, but I’m not expecting any noticeable results at this point.After many years of hospital visits without a clear diagnosis, I will now seek help at an academic medical center.For me personally, the Vagustim has not been a solution.

I want to start with is that they have fantastic customer service. The device itself works great. I have noticed better balance and digestion. I try and use it everyday.

I bought Vagustim for anxiety and insomnia and the benefits have been very quick and noticeable! The investment for your health is so worth it . I also love the feedback that you receive after sessions. I can feel myself relax after 3-4 minutes of use and the cumulative effects are noticeable in just a week or two for me.

There is a learning curve for this device but the customer service is very helpful. Probably the best customer service since I have been buying online for decades. They guide me through the process and I feel cared about as a customer.
