Excellent after-sales service and an easy-to-use device Vagustim’s after-sales support has been outstanding. When my order to Malaysia was held up by international customs, the team quickly provided all the documents needed, and when the original parcel was delayed, they arranged a replacement from their US warehouse so I wouldn’t have to wait any longer. Felix and the team were responsive, courteous and genuinely committed to getting it right. They also kindly gave me complimentary Premium app access for my patience. I’ve now started using the device. It’s easy to set up and use, and the sessions feel relaxing. It’s still early, and I know it’ll take some time to see how effective it is for me, but so far I’m really happy with it. Highly recommend, both for the product and for a support team that truly cares about its customers.

My Vagustim has been a life changer. I have had it for six months now! I feel it has been my life support. I am waiting to see a Neurologist for possible Vagus Nerve Dysfunction. I purchased the premium version app to help me feel safe and calm. It also is a huge help with my sleep. The most difficult thing I suffer from is digestive problems. The Vagustim has been helping immensely with my food moving safely through out my digestive track. I have never found such a device that helps with this complicated issue. I will continue to use this device for my health needs.

I ordered the Vagustim V2, gel and extra ear sets and battery. Importation required emails to Vagustim to acquire requested Customs documentation so expect delays in the US. The device works well but is a little tricky to navigate with the ads which I am not sure you can disable but it works well and provides immediate relaxation. I have moved to 30 minutes a day and use the morning session for gut health and evening for sleep. Both have improved since use and I am eager to see what more time/programs and power will bring.

A noticeable improvement in relaxation and sleep I have been using my Vagustim for just over three weeks, having undertaken considerable research before purchasing it. As a qualified nurse, I like to understand the science behind the choices I make about my health and wellbeing. Following a serious illness caused by Lyme disease, alongside many years working in a demanding NHS career, I felt that my body's "fight or flight" response had become rather overactive. Despite making a good recovery from Lyme disease, leaving nursing and adopting a very healthy lifestyle, I still struggled to fully switch off. I tried numerous self-help approaches, but felt there was a missing piece of the puzzle. Since starting to use Vagustim for 15–20 minutes each evening, just before bed, I can genuinely say that it seems to have reached parts that other approaches have not quite managed over the years. During each session, I experience a wonderful sense of letting go and deep relaxation. I am also sleeping more soundly, dreaming more and waking slightly earlier than usual, feeling refreshed. One aspect I am particularly interested in is the potential longer-term effect of reducing chronic stress. Since my Lyme infection, my inflammatory marker (CRP) has tended to remain towards the upper end of the normal range. I appreciate that there is currently insufficient evidence to claim that Vagustim directly reduces inflammatory markers. However, I am interested in whether encouraging parasympathetic activity and helping to calm an overactive stress response might contribute to better overall physiological balance. I intend to monitor my CRP levels over time, although I recognise that any changes could have several explanations. For me, anything that helps reduce persistent stress and improve sleep is a welcome addition to my wellbeing routine. It is still early days, but I am feeling optimistic and genuinely grateful to have discovered this device. My only minor criticism is that the ear electrodes can be a little fiddly to position and are not always particularly comfortable. Otherwise, I have been impressed by the prompt delivery, good communication and the scientific information provided by Vagustim. Overall, a very positive experience so far, and I look forward to seeing whether these benefits continue.

Vagustim has very responsive and helpful customer service via email. I appreciate that they have the 30-day return window so that you can try it and see if it works for you. I did decide to return the product but I had no issues with the functionality of using it. The price was just a bit steep for me to justify it at this time.

It took a month to resolve a problem with changing the email address in the app - and Vagustim only responded when I threatened to leave negative feedback. It is now 5 months later and I’ve increased the duration in the settings to 30 minutes but it keeps defaulting back to 15 minutes without explanation. Then I find out from other reviews that this has been a known issue for over 2 years. From experience I know there’s no point contacting support so I’m just going straight to the negative review this time. They deserve it.

The stimulation produces a gentle relaxation throughout the entire body. It also appears to have a positive effect on digestion and pain relief. The app seems fine, and the free programs are sufficient. It is somewhat annoying that the clips detach easily from the plastic.
