Communication with the customer

I have tried calling over 10 times. I have emailed them. I have tried to chat with them and also scheduled for a call. They must be out of business.

The sauna is good, but I had some issues with the delivery process. It was delayed, and communication was a bit slow at first. Once everything was sorted, the sauna works great, but the initial experience was frustrating.

What made my experience great? That's easy, working with Roger from beginning to end. From being immediately available to answer initial general questions, always being responsive of my questions big or small and getting me all setup with a great installation team, Roger was absolutely amazing. I've had multiple friends who have seen my recently installed Auroom Mira and without hesitation have referred them to Komowa. Thank you again Roger and everyone at Komowa!

I appreciate David in customer service took my call and chatted with me on choosing the right heater for the outdoor sauna I was going to purchase. I recommend reaching out to their support even if you have an idea of what you want. They can confirm it based on their documentation. There was a bit of a lead time on my sauna but it was worth the wait. Thanks again
