I ordered the Vagustim V2, gel and extra ear sets and battery. Importation required emails to Vagustim to acquire requested Customs documentation so expect delays in the US. The device works well but is a little tricky to navigate with the ads which I am not sure you can disable but it works well and provides immediate relaxation. I have moved to 30 minutes a day and use the morning session for gut health and evening for sleep. Both have improved since use and I am eager to see what more time/programs and power will bring.

The stimulation produces a gentle relaxation throughout the entire body. It also appears to have a positive effect on digestion and pain relief. The app seems fine, and the free programs are sufficient. It is somewhat annoying that the clips detach easily from the plastic.

It does not do wonders, however acts like a strong soothing addition Overall, I can recommend it and curious on how it’s further effects once I have used it for a longer period

So easy to use compared to a concurrent one I had used. App worked immediately. It would just be better if one could use the app without being connected. What would happen if the company crashed - would it still work?

This product really helped me with my anxiety. I noticed positive results within the first week. I have MCAS and reacted to the standard settings, so I was glad to be able to adjust settings lower. And got great results even at low settings. The only downside is that the earbuds don't fit my small ears, so I use a headband to keep them from falling out. I hope they make extra small earbuds one day.

PROS: The device seems to work. I don't know if it's placebo but using it has become a daily ritual for me and I believe that me improving my health is partly due to my vagus nerve ritual. The fact that it has two earplugs is convenient and also quite unique. Also, their support is helpful and they really take seriously their product. Also they are improving their app a lot. CONS: That being said, the device looks and feels cheap including the earsets that are kindof difficult ot put correctly in ear, even trying different sizes. Also the app has randomly disconnected making it unusable in v.1 but it looks like it doesn't happen anymore and also v.2 works offline so this is no longer an issue.

I had been reading about the vagus nerve and researching different options and the vagustim seemed like the right device for the price. I have been using it daily right before bed time to relax and calm my system for the night. It really has helped slow my system down and helps me wind down and have better sleep. The only thing that is a small issue is it can be a bit difficult to get the right fit in your ears but I usually move them around until I can tell it’s the right area.

Dear Vagustim, I started using Vagustim after the accident I had a month ago. My recovery process has been going more calmly and comfortably. I'd also like to thank the technical team for their quick solutions.
