The Sauna HeaterReviews of thesaunaheater.com

Jon and Anton were amazing and took great care of us! Their communication was excellent, they really know their stuff, and they’re just great people to work with. Highly recommend!

Extremely good customer service. Responsive and helpful.

I have not received my heater yet, however I order the wrong heater at first. I called and was connected with a real human right away. They were quick to figure out where my order was and to stop it from leaving the warehouse and cancel my order so I could get the right one. I feel like good customer service is lost in so many companies these days especially when purchasing online. I was very impressed with the professionalism and care, well done!

Jon with sauna heater called me right back when they missed my call, he then explained to me how the shipping works and answered some additional questions. He was knowledgeable, pleasant to speak with, and helpful.

Love the sauna, the shipping was super fast and efficient. Team handled all the questions about the build and very helpful support.

Great service with a personalized touch despite ordering online!

The product was accidentally being shipped to the wrong address because of my payment information and Joe expediently corrected it within the day 👍

Thanks to Jon for answering my questions.
