Initially, I was extremely dissatisfied with the Coach App. Several things went wrong during the registration and payment process, and to be honest, the whole experience was incredibly frustrating. I believe the problem started with the Facebook advertisement. You click through, answer around 20 to 30 questions, and based on your answers, a personal profile is created. You then proceed to payment to start the programme. Unfortunately, something went wrong along the way. My payment went through successfully, but my personal information and the profile I had completed seemed to have disappeared. After sending four to six emails, repeatedly explaining the situation and providing proof of payment, my patience was running out. The email communication could definitely be improved. As a customer, you shouldn’t have to explain the same issue over and over again. However, credit where credit is due. Coach App eventually handled the situation properly. They managed to locate everything, issued a full refund and also offered compensation. I genuinely appreciate that, and I think it’s only fair to acknowledge it. For that reason, I’ve decided to change my original negative review to 3 stars. Not because the overall experience was good, but because they eventually took responsibility and provided a fair solution. I’m now going to give the programme a proper try for the next three months to see whether it actually delivers results for me. After that, I’ll review my rating again based on my personal experience with the programme itself. For now, it’s three stars. The registration process and customer service definitely need improvement, but the way they ultimately resolved the issue deserves recognition. I believe that if you’re willing to criticise a company when things go wrong, you should also be fair enough to acknowledge when they make things right

This program was not for this 67 year old woman, but I'm sure it can help younger people of all genders learn to explore and get comfortable with personal sexuality.
