I will start out by saying that the customer support has been very responsive and helpful. The product itself and app experience unfortunately leave a lot to be desired. Given the price point of the Vagustim, the product itself is extremely cheap and gimmicky feeling. The operation of the device is questionable. The app is very buggy, lags, crashes, and does not always log sessions correctly. I have not really noticed any difference in my mental state during or after using the product. Unfortunately at this time I would not recommend this product to anyone. It only gets the stars because of the great customer service.

Vagustim is a very, very effective product. I am truly surprised by how well it works. I have struggled to calm my nervous system for years, and this product works better than any medication ... without the side effects! Furthermore, I had some minor issues using it, and the customer support went above and beyond to help me. Thank you Vagustim!

Neutral on it so far - been using for several weeks and cannot say that it has had any affect on me -Customer Service has been VERY helpful and accommodating - a little frustrating that a few days into the trial period they want me to subscribe to get what I need but I guess that's the world

Vagustim's customer service was really difficult to get a hold of, but once I managed, they were very receptive, helpful, and thoughtful. They do have to correct on their website that they have 24/7 customer service. I have only tried the device a few times. It was relaxing, but Efi mentioned that they are coming out with a new style of ear piece that is easier to work with, and I am looking forward to the new ear model, as mine tend to fall out of my ears easily. I only gave a three stars as I need more time using them to decide.
