Headset broke after a few uses. Company refused to refund. Poor quality product , with a high price. Do not buy.

Day one with my Vagustim. Easy to understand instructions. Easy to set up for a low tech guy like me. I like the app for the phone. I will likely will upgrade to the subscription service to maximize benefits of the device. They give you a one month free. I tried the Zenowell which was not for me.

I appreciate that the device is still very usable without immediately forcing you into a subscription plan. I eventually upgraded to Premium because I wanted more customization and tracking features, but I never felt pressured into it.

After contacting them, it took quite a while for someone to come out and assess the problem, and the quote ended up being far higher than expected. In the end, we were advised to replace the windows entirely, which was disappointing and very costly. Sadly, they still don't function properly. Wouldn't recommend for smaller jobs.

My numbers becoming more stable after using the device consistently for a few weeks. That was actually what convinced me to keep using it.

I've been in a chronic sympathetic state for years and was hopeful the Vagustim would help. Unfortunately, it didn't which I attribute to my physiology rather than the device itself. The customer service and support I received were top notch . I was offered setting recommendations and ongoing support. In the end, I did return the device for a full refund. This is a company with integrity and heart!

Customer service responded quickly and resolved my issue.
