I purchased my Vagustim in December 2025. I have had many issues with it. Ear pieces not staying in and a dead battery. Their customer service was exceptional in every aspect of my contact with them. They responded quickly and made every effort to resolve the issues. They sent me a new battery and a headband to help with the ear pieces falling out. I am looking forward to using it without the past frustration. Thank you customer service for being solution oriented.

THE REASON FOR THE 4 STARS IS BECAUSE CUSTOMER SERVICE PROVIDED ME THE FULL REFUND AND ANSWERED ALL MY EMAILS. THE ONLY BAD PART IS THAT I HAD TO PAY $25.00 TO SHIP IT BACK. NO RESTOCKING. ANOTHER ISSUE IS THAT THE EARSETS FALLS APART, IF THIS MACHINE WORKS FOR YOU, AND THE YOU USE THE EAR SET THAT FITS YOU, I RECOMMEND GLUING IT LIGHTLY.

Love the Vagustim. My daughter has POTS and it has helped a lot with her symptoms. I am continuing to watch for the research they are doing using it in other conditions. When it stopped working, we sent a video of how it was not working. Vagustim replaced it and we are ever so greatful for that!! Thank you Vagustim

Great company and customer service experience. I believe they are a company that cares and whose product can be quite helpful for someone who uses it regularly. Their support was very helpful and understanding. The product has been used in many studies. I ended up returning my vagustim device in the end because I don't really find the design of it easily fits into my routines, with the earpieces, wires, gel and everything, and my personal compliance with the device is an important factor in getting the benefits I am looking for. The app is also a work in progress though they are regularly updating it. From the company and my support experience I will definitely be keeping an eye on future Vagustim products that may better fit my needs.

This device definitely helps me in regard to my sleep. (The only thing I use it for) Customer service is excellent with prompt response and quick resolution. The earpieces definitely need to be changed. I had to get a new set after the original set would not hold together. Sometimes getting them to stay in place is also an an issue. The company sent me a soft band to try to help this problem.

Vagustim is a very, very effective product. I am truly surprised by how well it works. I have struggled to calm my nervous system for years, and this product works better than any medication ... without the side effects! Furthermore, I had some minor issues using it, and the customer support went above and beyond to help me. Thank you Vagustim!

I have already done a Trust Pilot review for the VaguStim product, and gave it a great review. This is a review specifically for support. I had an issue with the ear piece and asked for help. They asked for a photo and immediately sent me a replacement. I don’t know if it was an issue on my part or theirs but they replaced it anyway. They have sent several emails asking if support was good, if I was happy, and ensuring I got the replacement cord and ear piece. Seriously, they go above and beyond in their support and they want their customers to be happy. I’m very impressed. Great job by the VaguStim Team! I’m a happy loyal customer.

I tried multiple times to get a hold of this company and they don’t respond. I wanted to return it within my 30 day window for free returns which is usually the case so now I can’t return it, but it is a very cheap product not worth the money and it’s more of a zapping system, and it’s very hard to keep in your ears and doesn’t work most of the time
