This product actually works! I have been naturally waking up earlier in the morning, which never happens! I have just started using this product, excited to see what else it can improve. I wish the earbuds would not come apart as easily as they do. I also wish I could understand the science behind it better and why they programs are named as they are. Bot otherwise very satisfied!

Previously I’ve owned both the Pulsetto and the Nuropod vagus nerve stimulators. I could t get consistent results with the Pulsetto device due to its design of making contact on the neck. It was simply different everytime I used it. I had read a lot of good things about the Nuropod unit but I had an issue with the ear clip refusing to stay clipped on my ear. This wasn’t the device’s fault but simply the shape of my ear. Imagine trying to clip something onto a wedge shape. Slides right off. So I returned the Nuropod which they were very accommodating. I still have the Pulsetto unit as I was out of the return window. I just kept trying to make it work for me. Then I stubbled across the Vagustim device and decided to give it a try since it still targeted the ears minus the slippery clip. So far it has checked all of the boxes for me. I’ve only had it a few days so results are still pending but I’m very optimistic. I contacted their support with a couple of questions I had and they were very prompt and answered my questions. So I’m very happy and one more thing that’s important to me is the replaceable battery! You might not think about it but these other devices if the battery goes bad which it will eventually will then you’re out of luck. Just a thought you should consider. Plus being less that half the cost of the Nuropod.

The device (Vagustim) is finicky. I had a lot of trouble getting it to work and spent quite a bit of time on it. Sometimes customer service was slow to get back to me. By the time I actually got it working and realized that it wasn't actually helpful for my GI issues, they refused to allow me to return it for a refund.

great product very helpful at regulating parasympathetic nervous system

I’ve been using this product since 2024 to help manage the effects of a vagus nerve injury I suffered in 2010. In the years since that injury, I’ve been on many different medications and tried numerous types of therapy, searching for something that would actually make a meaningful difference. Finding this vagus nerve stimulation device has truly changed my life. My pain has been dramatically reduced, and I’ve noticed a very clear pattern: the days when the pain returns or becomes more noticeable are often the days when I’ve missed using the device. After dealing with this for so many years, having something that has made such a noticeable difference in my day-to-day quality of life has been incredibly meaningful to me.

I’ve had 3 1/2 years of autonomic dysfunction. 2 hours of sleep/night the first 2 years. While I’m not 100% restored , with consistent daily use of my Vagustim I am sleeping 4-5 hrs and have much more energy. My MD specializing in sleep disorders believes the improvement is totally due to my vagal stimulation. PLUS, the customer service of Vagustim is second to none!!

I'm on my third week of use. The vagustim is easy to setup, lightweight and truly portable. The app has a very intuitive interface. I only missed being able to see the parameters of each program inside the app, but it's because I work in healthcare and would like to know for myself. However, it does not compromise the user's experience. I'm treating anxiety, and it has helped a lot. I can feel my emotional regulation progressively improving. From the beginning of the third week on, my sleep improved. And I'm not waking up in the middle of the night anymore. Another feature that I loved os the "focus and memory" to help avoid procrastinating in the first 15 min of study everyday. I've been recommending to my family members and friends, so I also decided to let this brief lines registered to you all.
