I just used my Vagustim machine. It felt amazing and I could feel the difference in it working within the first 15 seconds. I plan to use it each day as recommended.

Ordering a Vagustim was momentous. Being a psychotherapist with neuroscience background, I was aware of the research backing it up, but I already had a solid nervous system care routine and didn't think it would make that much of a difference. But it has. I've never felt so WELL in my life.

Vagustim was recommended by my physical therapist to help with regulating my nervous system. It’s been easy to use. I like that I can control the intensity on both my phone and the unit.

When I contacted VaguStim about a problem I was happening, their response was immediate, within 24 hours, and not just a boiler plate - an actual personal communication. I let them know when I was able to resolve the issue. They also followed up with questions that might help them continue to improve support for new users, and to further develop the product. I had been reading about the vagus nerve and researching different options and the vagustim seemed like the right device for the price. I have been using it daily right before bed time to relax and calm my system for the night. It really has helped slow my system down and helps me wind down and have better sleep. The only thing that is a small issue is it can be a bit difficult to get the right fit in your ears but I usually move them around until I can tell it’s the right area.

I had one minor glitch in getting my new Vagustim device to operate for me on the day I received it. I opened up a ticket and was responded to very quickly. We worked through the problem (turned out it was an easy fix I had overlooked, though not covered in the FAQs) and subsequent questions I had about the app crashing when my Samsung screen turned off were addressed by the rep, who had knowledge, the agency to connect with the developer team and in the end, not only did I feel reassured, but the problem with the app WAS FIXED with an update only days later. Whether this was a "known problem" or not, the fact is, they took action and all of my concerns were addressed. I am pleased by all of this, which is on top of the fact that the Vagustim has been helping me quite a bit in the two weeks I've been using it (12 out of 14 days.)

I like the new programs - very helpful - but, the ear buds are difficult to place and get a similar vibration.
