So easy to use compared to a concurrent one I had used. App worked immediately. It would just be better if one could use the app without being connected. What would happen if the company crashed - would it still work?

Vagustim app works simply and clearly. The ability to personalize settings to match my needs is invaluable. The company is very responsive to customers.

The app is very simple to use. I like the variety of different programs it offers too. Seems to help my body relax with increased relaxed and restored time on Oura tracking.

This product really helped me with my anxiety. I noticed positive results within the first week. I have MCAS and reacted to the standard settings, so I was glad to be able to adjust settings lower. And got great results even at low settings. The only downside is that the earbuds don't fit my small ears, so I use a headband to keep them from falling out. I hope they make extra small earbuds one day.

My Vagustim is part of my daily self-care routine, helping me feel my best during the day and night. The customer service is amazing and I recommend their products and company to anyone looking to improve their health and quality of life to anybody, no matter where in the World! Thank you, Vagustim, for giving me a better quality of life that I wouldn't have without your help.

PROS: The device seems to work. I don't know if it's placebo but using it has become a daily ritual for me and I believe that me improving my health is partly due to my vagus nerve ritual. The fact that it has two earplugs is convenient and also quite unique. Also, their support is helpful and they really take seriously their product. Also they are improving their app a lot. CONS: That being said, the device looks and feels cheap including the earsets that are kindof difficult ot put correctly in ear, even trying different sizes. Also the app has randomly disconnected making it unusable in v.1 but it looks like it doesn't happen anymore and also v.2 works offline so this is no longer an issue.

I will start out by saying that the customer support has been very responsive and helpful. The product itself and app experience unfortunately leave a lot to be desired. Given the price point of the Vagustim, the product itself is extremely cheap and gimmicky feeling. The operation of the device is questionable. The app is very buggy, lags, crashes, and does not always log sessions correctly. I have not really noticed any difference in my mental state during or after using the product. Unfortunately at this time I would not recommend this product to anyone. It only gets the stars because of the great customer service.

Extremely kind, thorough, and responsive customer service! I ordered my Vagustim to take overseas with me for a stay of many months. When the shipper delayed the package until after my departure date, the people at Vagustim were helpful and took immediate action to help me. They completely understood, and as I requested, they contacted the shipper to return the package and issued me a refund immediately - all while being so pleasant and helpful. I’m sorry I didn’t have the chance to try the product at this time, but I will order it later and I so highly recommend this company’s customer service!
