I’m currently renting an unagi and I…
I’m currently renting an unagi and I really like it . It’s surprisingly fast , I hit 26 on a slight downhill . Also very light and easy to carry . I use it to get to my building because I have to park super far away . Everyone asks about it and thinks it’s a great idea . I did have an issue with the first one they sent me but they swapped it out no issue .

Commuter Scooter
This scooter has been a lifeline getting me to work and back. The dual motors comes in handy whenever I have to go uphill which is often in San Francisco. I’ve had it for over a year without any issues to the scooter itself. Only issue I had was the battery cable peeling to the wire over time. However, reached out to customer support and the sent a replacement in less than a few days. The only drawback I would say is battery doesn’t last me as long as I’d like. I think I get about 4 miles or so due to constant hills and braking.

Compact and easy to fold
I recently got an Unagi Voyager and love how compact it is and how easy it is to fold. I also love the blue color and the simple display and handle bars. The ride is a bit rough which I don’t love, hence the 4 stars.

Model One Subscription Commuter
Scooter tire worn out but only after 500 miles, on this Model One refurbished subscription! Once again, small issues quickly made right by Unagi. Even thru the 4th holiday, I received my scooter in 4 days! Got it Friday! Perfect service; simple and seamless. Thank you Unagi

Good scooter but bumpy ride
Really great scooter for a very good price, however you definitely feel the bumps and any abnormalities on the road.
