Well when i first ordered the Unagi scooter i learned from a friend you could buy one with payments i researched and found the site to order one. Well I did get one and found out that i am just renting not to own i wanted to send it back but once i rode it pure enjoyment i am all over my town everyone is asking me about it,my only problem is i want to finance one is it possible and how do i go about it.10⭐'s

My car broke down and I needed alternative means of transportation. The company that had rentable scooters in my city left the market. I found Unagi on facebook and joined the rental program. It has been a blessing. I weigh 190 lbs and it’s a breeze to use. Gets me back and forth to work as needed. Small and light enough I can carry it where I need to go. No issues getting on and off the bus. It’s been a great experience.

Love unagi, I travel alot because I work remotely and the process of getting the scooter shipped couldn’t be easier, plus it rides like a dream

Right from the start the customer service was on point. Delivery was smooth and assembly was so simple. I use my Unagi scooter as a daily commuter and I get so many smiles and waves too. It is a great e scooter and also a fun conversation maker!

Very good scooter very fast and the range is real

After receiving my first Unagi scooter a few weeks back, it stopped charging after two days. I contacted customer support via email, they replied after a few days. I had to contact them via Facebook Messenger to get them to reply to my emails. They said they will send a new one, which arrived yesterday. Well.... Yesterday I got an Unagi scooter and I started driving it. The first 30 seconds of driving it the back wheel came off and I badly injured my leg. I was treated in the hospital and I am currently using crutches to move around. This has been a horrible experience. First scooter wasn't charging. Second scooter, the back wheel just came off. After further examination, Unagi had shipped a broken scooter that had taped the plastic so the back wheel can stay intact. Customer support has not been helpful thus far. And the products they ship are dangerous.
