I've been trying to place an online order for over an hour now and it keeps saying error and customer service won't help me so it's sad to say ulta has lost a customer I will not be shopping somewhere that no one is willing to help me so goodbye ulta you won't be missed.

I’ve been a loyal Ulta customer for many years and have always enjoyed shopping there — until my recent visit to the Regency Square location in Brandon, FL on August 3, which left me extremely disappointed. An associate named Nini was unable to assist me because she didn’t seem familiar with the products sold in the store. When I asked more questions, she responded with clear irritation and was openly rude and dismissive. I then asked to speak with the manager, expecting professionalism and an apology. Instead, the manager offered no apology, showed no interest in hearing my side, and immediately defended the associate. I spent over $150 that day, yet was treated with disrespect and indifference. No one made me feel heard or valued as a customer. This experience was upsetting, especially coming from a brand I’ve supported for years. I sincerely hope Ulta takes this feedback seriously and works on training their team to offer respectful, knowledgeable, and customer-focused service.

I have no problem with the people on the floor. It's the young people at the registers. I've heard of the Gen Z stare, but come on, if you can't handle the retail business then do something that is not customer facing. They were not friendly or helpful, and I don't want to go back again. That will probably make them happy, you just won't know it.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Attempted to make a purchase in the app. Couldn’t get the order to go through called and was told it was on their end I had to wait 24 hours to try again. The next day went to place the order not only had they emptied my cart, but the $50 gift card AND rewards gone. After 2 weeks and numerous phone calls and useless emails I was told nothing can be done as I discarded the gift cards after putting into cart. They managed to charge my card 6 times with them applied as I sent screenshots of everything but apparently lesson learned never discard the gift card until you physically receive the order Interesting how I can leave things in my cart previously for weeks and fine? They have no intention of making this good

I had a great experience at Ulta , Northboro Crossing MA. Janet was helping me find the perfect color lipstick for my complexion . She was amazing and picked out two immediately, which were perfect. I had tried Nordstroms, Macys , etc and no one was able to help me. Janet is knowledgeable, professional and kind. Ulta is lucky to have her .

Am I the only one not able to sign into my Ulta account? This is constant issue. The amount of times I've had to "reset" my password because I'm "locked out" after multiple attempts (which would be one!) is utterly ridiculous. I will be cancelling my card it's not work the hassle.
