Attempted to place one order multiple times and would be told there was an issue placing the order, but not an issue charging up all my cards, taking my points, and gift card balance. Told I have to wait a week until it’s all back in my account, but didn’t have to wait a week to have all these funds taken from my account. Super scammy!! Do not purchase from them anymore!!

MaryAnn was extremely helpful to me yesterday. I had browsed for maybe thirty minutes with no one offering to help and as was leaving Mary Ann was in the Mac area and offered to help me. She helped me choose eyeshadow, mascara and even took me back to area to find LaRoche Posay. Ultra needs more MaryAnns!

Ive never ordered from Ulta because i cant get far enough through their website to even try. The function that allows you to try on make up you can’t access the colors because the pop-up window letting you know the product details is directly over the color options so you can’t choose them and the minute you touch anything immediately takes you to another screen to purchase that so you can’t get anywhere. The whole thing just has a really cheap feeling. Any of the curated sections only have two or three products there’s nothing really to explore. Everything about the design just feels cheap and half hearted. I’ve had this app on my phone for a couple of years and once in a while, I’ll get a flyer in the mail that there’s a sale so I’ll open the website and then I realized within a few minutes why I never opened that website and why I will never shop there. It’s too bad. What a waste of potential.

Girls that work in the store are very unfriendly. It seems like they have to really make an effort to wait on someone who is not young!

Their one line ordering is SUPER SCAMMY. Paypal goes thru but order never goes thru so you have to dispute paypal

Your credit card is absolutely ridiculous. "Only have a certain amount of times to have stores look up your credit card to use, you'll have to use the physical card". There most ridiculous rule I've ever head in my life. If thats the case the identification method is worthless. After paying this card off I will NOT be using it again or dealing with this store.
