Outstanding Leadership and Professionalism! I would like to recognize Marissa, the store manager at the Woodward location in Royal Oak, for her exceptional professionalism and leadership. Marissa handled my situation with such grace, patience, and professionalism that I felt compelled to write this review. It was truly refreshing! During my visit, I also witnessed her handling concerns from several other customers. What impressed me most was her ability to remain composed, respectful, and genuinely attentive to everyone, even when faced with challenging situations. Marissa represents her company in a way that should make them extremely proud to have her on their team. Her professionalism, people skills, and natural leadership abilities are qualities that are becoming increasingly rare in customer service. My advice to the company? Recognize and appreciate Marissa, because someone with her talents just might get poached by a company that recognizes what an asset she is! Thank you, Marissa, for reminding me what exceptional customer service looks like.

Trisha at Ulta in Williamsburg, VA did my hair and got it perfect. I described the color and look I wanted, she listened thoughtfully and then came back with color samples for me to pick from. I chose two and she got to work. Her results are beautiful. I have literally never gotten as many compliments as I did after she colored and styled my hair. Already have my next appointment scheduled with her before Thanksgiving! Thanks Trisha!

It’s my first time out in months , due to my autoimmune disease it’s hard. I definitely needed to get makeup just to help a little get confidence back this employee at ulta was so sweet even got another employee and both were set to help me find the new products that was closest to what I wanted the store in casper really made a difference took over 1/2 hour they made my day! Most places look at me with distain it’s hard to walk even with a walker or cane and yet out of all the places I visited that day this store treated me with kindness and wanted to help! I definitely rated them high they checked all the boxes treatment, have the product a good product and was clean!
